1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by BrightWave Commerce LLC, operating as Aeva Pets, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Shopify, Meta, or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs in quarterly entry periods following the calendar quarters (Eastern Time). The current series begins July 5, 2026 and continues for up to four (4) consecutive quarterly periods. Entries do not carry over into subsequent periods.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household per entry period, regardless of method.

Method 1, Subscription: Start your first-ever Aeva Pets subscription order at aevapets.com during the entry period. You will be entered automatically.

Method 2, Free entry (no purchase): Send an email to support@aevapets.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" including your full name, email address, and state of residence. Free entries are treated identically to subscription entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per entry period will receive twelve (12) jars of Aeva Hip & Joint Support Soft Chews, delivered as a monthly subscription of one (1) jar per month for twelve (12) consecutive months. Approximate retail value: $653. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. If the winner has an active paid subscription, it will be paused for the duration of the prize. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Drawing and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days after the end of each entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the period.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. Sponsor may require confirmation of eligibility and a release of liability. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected. Prize fulfillment begins within approximately two (2) weeks after winner verification.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. Personal information collected for entry is used solely to administer the giveaway and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Winner List

To request the name of a period's winner, email support@aevapets.com with the subject line "Winner List Request" within sixty (60) days after the end of that entry period.
