Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.aevapets.com by Aeva Pets (BrightWave Commerce LLC), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
1. Where We Ship
Aeva Pets ships to the following regions:
- United States (all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- European Union (select member countries)
If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there. We are continuously expanding our shipping regions.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a follow-up notification with your tracking number once your order is in transit.
3. Shipping Options & Rates
The following shipping options are available at checkout for all regions:

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $75.00 or more, worldwide.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are measured from the date your order is confirmed and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
- Economy Shipping: 10–18 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Priority + Order Protection: 5–10 business days
During peak season (November–January), please allow additional time. International orders may be subject to customs clearance which can add additional transit time beyond our estimates.
5. Tracking
Once your order is in transit, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5–7 business days from your order confirmation before expecting tracking information. If you have not received tracking after 8 business days, contact us at support@aevapets.com.
6. Order Protection
Customers who select Priority + Order Protection are covered against loss or damage in transit. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will reship or issue a full refund. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order date by emailing support@aevapets.com with your order number.
7. Customs & Duties
For international orders (Canada, UK, Australia, EU, and Rest of World), import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
By placing an international order, you confirm that you have verified your country's import regulations regarding pet supplements and accept full responsibility for any customs complications.
In the event of a customs issue, our policy is as follows:
- Package returned to us by customs: We will issue a refund for the product value, excluding shipping fees, once the return is received and inspected.
- Package seized and not returned: We are unable to issue a refund or replacement. The package is outside our control once it enters your country's customs system.
- Package returned as undeliverable (not seized): We will offer one reship attempt. If the reship is also undeliverable or seized, we will issue a refund for the product value minus shipping.
We strongly recommend verifying your country's supplement import rules before ordering. Aeva Pets is not liable for packages held, seized, or destroyed by any customs authority.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Aeva Pets is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us at support@aevapets.com immediately if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
9. Delays
Aeva Pets is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
