These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BrightWave Commerce LLC, operating as Aeva Pets, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Aeva Pets

Aeva Pets is a dog wellness brand offering clinically formulated dietary supplements for dogs. We are registered in Wyoming, USA, and sell directly to consumers at aevapets.com.

2. Who Can Purchase

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and located in a jurisdiction where our products are lawful to purchase. By ordering you confirm your information is accurate and that you are purchasing for personal use only. Resale or redistribution is not permitted.

3. Our Products

All Aeva Pets products are dietary supplements intended for dogs. They are not veterinary medications and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Our products are manufactured in a compliance-vetted, GMP certified facility that specializes in premium dietary supplement manufacturing.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change, but not for orders already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By ordering, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. We accept major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following a quality inspection. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Aeva Pets is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information submitted at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our full refund terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In summary: we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on first orders, no return required, with refunds issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

7. Subscriptions

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Aeva Pets to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select. You may cancel any time through your account portal or by emailing support@aevapets.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Subscription prices may be updated with advance notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new rate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on aevapets.com, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by BrightWave Commerce LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant Aeva Pets a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display that content for any lawful business purpose. You confirm that any content you submit is truthful and based on your genuine experience.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties beyond what is stated in these terms. Individual results from supplement use may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeva Pets and BrightWave Commerce LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

12. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at support@aevapets.com. Most issues are resolved quickly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Wyoming. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Force Majeure

Aeva Pets is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or customs delays. If such a delay exceeds 30 days, you may request a full refund.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted at aevapets.com/policies/terms-of-service with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
