5. Ordering & Payment

Order Placement

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase at the stated price. An order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, or reseller activity.

Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Aeva Pets does not store payment card data on our servers.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@aevapets.com. Once dispatched, cancellations must be handled through our Refund Policy.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through our global logistics partners and delivered by trusted domestic carriers in the destination country. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and select European countries. Depending on the destination, orders may be processed through international logistics hubs before entering the domestic delivery network. This does not affect product quality, authenticity, or your consumer protections.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times by region.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon purchase. A tracking number will be sent once your package enters the domestic delivery system of your destination country. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact support@aevapets.com.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or more, please contact us at support@aevapets.com so we can initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf. In confirmed cases of loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

7. Returns & Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@aevapets.com and we will issue a full refund. You are not required to return the product.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to limit or decline refund requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and will be disputed with full order documentation.

8. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program, you authorize Aeva Pets to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting support@aevapets.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

9. Product Use & Safety

By purchasing Aeva Pets products, you agree to the following:

  • Products are for dogs only. Do not use in cats or other animals.
  • Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Not recommended for puppies under 12 weeks of age.
  • Consult your veterinarian before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
  • Discontinue use and consult your veterinarian if your dog experiences any adverse reactions.
  • Follow dosage directions on the product label.
  • Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C (77°F). Consume within 6 months of opening.

10. Reseller Policy

Our products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not purchase Aeva Pets products for the purpose of reselling, distributing, or relabeling. We reserve the right to cancel orders we believe are placed for resale purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including text, logos, images, label designs, and marketing copy is the exclusive property of BrightWave Commerce LLC dba Aeva Pets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, contact us first at support@aevapets.com. Most concerns can be resolved informally within 10 business days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND AEVA PETS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

16. Privacy
